CAD is a registered charity organization that works to protect and promote the rights, needs and concerns of the Deaf Calgarians and Southern Albertans while endeavouring to improve the quality of life for Deaf people in general. CAD is 100 percent operated by Deaf individuals who are Board of Directors, members, and volunteers.

How You Can Support Us
Through the collaborative relationship with other organizations and government agencies, CAD identifies communication and access barriers in the existing programs and services that our Deaf community experiences. To take down the communication and access barriers, CAD needs to hire full-time staff to develop, implement and provide ongoing support services to the Deaf community and families. If you would like to partner with us in making this a reality, you can donate.
Room Rental
CAD has a 460 sq ft board room/kitchenette with a 32-person capacity available for rent. For information on availability, rates, and equipment, please contact us.
